Halo 2 for PC ReviewMy Score: 6 of 10 I was very disappointed in this game after playing it, and beating it as well. My brother and I played co-op, instead of me just playing single player, beat the game in around 6-7 hours, not all at once though. Weapons: You would think there would be more of a change in weapon choice in this game, but there really is not at all, hey, I love the SMG, the Battle Rifle and the Sniper... but what really gets me on weapons, is ammo. There is such a low ammount of ammo in this game, which is totally horrible, I spent most of the game using the covenent weapons, which come on, I really did not have fun playing the game at all while doing that, I am Master Chief at some points in the game, and I'd love to use my weapons and not theirs... I have infinite life, and health, why did you take my ammo away in the game! Master Chief and The Convenent: Come on? Why am I playing as the Elite now, hey, it is cool, but at least put it in a seperate menu to play as them and not together... I felt as if I was playing them more then MC, which is basically true, all MC levels I felt were short, and the Convenent were a lot longer... Multiplayer: I still have not had a chance to play MP but I've heard it was great, then again, I've heard it was not. So I can not talk bad about this at all, but from my looks of messing around, the maps seem cooler from Halo, and looks great... AI: Seems like it went down hill in this game, from the original Halo where I felt as if, it was better. Now playing on Legendary, I feel as if it went up though, but on Normal, it went downhill. Legendary is just, near impossible? Maybe the correct choice of words, especially on co-op as well. Which is what my brother and I are doing, and it takes time, and not minutes to beat a level or even a save point. Maps: I did not follow the making of Halo 2, so I guess I should not say this, but yet, I will anyways. I felt as if I was going to be battling on Earth more till I found out there was another Halo. On Earth it was sweet in a way, different map, fighting area, etc. Then I go back to what I was playing in Halo, the same stuff, which some people like, and some don't, I guess I am inbetween, it was different, but I just felt as if it would of been better with playing on Earth. |
