So my brother got this message yesterday after a Call of Duty 4 match we were playing in from Shaft62702. Appears that this guy was very upset for losing and being dominated that he threatened my brother’s XBL account with the following message below. Now what you see in the message to him was not true what so ever. Click images to enlarge.

Reached my goal of getting inside the top 1,000 in the COD4 Kills Leaderboard for Xbox 360. Now to just stay in here and move up higher. Currently at #992 but I’m sure by the time I play again I’ll be bumped up so I’ll have to work even harder to where I am constantly in the Top 1,000 rather I get bumped up or not when I’m not playing.

Getting closer to being in the Top 1,000 on the Call of Duty 4 (Xbox 360) Kills Leaderboards. Currently I stand at Rank 1,085 as I write this post. The next goal is to get my score higher in the leaderboards, which I am currently at Rank 4,769 in.

Doubtful I’ll get much higher in that or Wins since most the people above me play Headquarters and just rack up points and wins by pretty much doing nothing except to get higher in the leaderboards where as I am actually doing it legitimately. I play Team Deathmatch if anyone was wondering, sometimes I’ll play a game of Search and Destroy or Sabotage but that is rare and usually only to get the challenges for those.

More than a week ago I was considering (but only talk, knew I wouldn’t) going to PS3 to play COD4, having to purchase it as well. Only because of all the Xbox Live issues that were going on. Thank god I did not after reading that they have been having issues (fourzerotwo blog).

Request: Add Negative Review for a player being an idiot. One the gives terrible and stupid advice such as suggesting to turn off your Xbox will fix a problem. I’ve had a few players today already think that restarting your Xbox 360 will fix the Xbox Live Servers so that finding and starting a game in Call of Duty 4 won’t cause any problems. Lol.

Another Request: Add Negative Review for a player having 56k or any other terrible connection (or located in the middle of Africa or another country whom I wish not to play with anyways).

I take back on what I said about the update (originally thought it was bad ass), have learned half the stuff I thought I read about what would be released in new update was not true at all/not there.

    Pros:

Guide is much faster. x2! Should of been like this ages ago but it still needs a little work

    Cons:

No Group Chat – seriously? Why has this STILL not been added after 2 YEARS.
No Clan Support – same goes with above. Still nothing, why?
No Friends List Grouping – Wish they’d add this so I can group those on my friends list per game, clan, real life friends, etc etc.
No Friends Comments – Goes with above, basically the same.
Profile – not as great as I thought it’d be. Not that I care for the feature but nothing to get excited over either. Go use Facebook.
Friends of Friends – just useless, will be used for the first week and die afterwards. Probably already have those friends on my friends list.

It seems all their updates focus on the Dashboard Blades and Marketplace. I know I am not alone when I say this but I rarely use any of those feature yet alone purchase any content (waste of money). Yes, sometimes I’ll download a arcade game, demo or video game trailer but that’s very rare and really it. I use the Xbox 360 to play video games among almost everyone else I know.

This is just a short list so far, I know there are other features that were added but I have yet to use them such as video content and using XviD/DivX. Xbox Original Titles seem like a waste of time and money. I’ve played some of those games before and probably those that will be added in the future. New games today are better, I believe they cost $15 (over priced I think) and unless you have a big HDD, you are limited to those you purchase/have to delete or upgrade HDD.
