Where to start… this game is absolutely terrible in almost every aspect. It’s aiming system is absolutely horrible, ‘sticking’ to objects is not worth it and barely works half the time, the A.I. of both your team and the enemy are terrible, and so many other things are wrong with the game. As you play through, my brother and I are going through co-op at the moment, there will be parts where the game is just stupid and a lot of it comes down to everything I just pointed out and I know I am leaving a few things out but I’ve said some of the main problems already.

The game could of been better, playing it, I think it could of been. If maybe they had testers to fix out the bugs. They could of made their aiming system so much better, one way they could of at least made it tolerable is if they enemies went down quicker. It takes almost a clip from a P90, Assault Rifle or SAW to take an enemy down, if not more. If you run out of ammo, MOST-OF-THE-TIME, not always, your ‘teammates’ will offer you some so you can refill, they should of just made it unlimited because it’s annoying. I remember doing the bank mission, like 3rd/4th level, first thing you do as a team at the beginning of the game, having to pick up other weapons because while he’s working on the safe he can’t give you ammo and sometimes (at other points of the game) they just won’t give you ammo when you need it.

Overall I give this game a 6/10. I just can’t seem myself to give it any higher. It almost has no replay value because you will not want to replay it unless you have to for any achievements missed. I know about it’s multiplayer, I have not tried it but will at least play it a little, it sounds cool and I was told to check it out because it’s a pretty good concept. I also may come back and update this review a little as I play through the game more and finish it. I’m not sure how far I am, it seems I’m near the end but I could be wrong on that.

I will be first to admit that even though I am not much of a Halo ‘fan’ that I at least still buy and play their games. I may not be close to enjoying its Multiplayer part of the game but I have always somewhat enjoyed playing Single Player/Co-op since not every game released today is Co-op. Almost any co-op game released today, I’ll own if it is really worth it and for Xbox 360 mainly. Halo 3 is a great game, especially since they added not only 2 player co-op but up to 4 player co-op. I was given the chance to local play it, outstanding and smooth. Absolutely had no problems but thankfully for skulls, it made the game a little more challenging or else we would of finished the game in even more less of time (we finished around 6 hours 4 co-op, probably would of took us 4 if no skulls).

Multiplayer, I played and tried to get used to for awhile. It just was not working out. Mainly played because either friends were playing or friends wanted to play. Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer Beta already beats Halo 3 online in my opinion and I am sure once released, it will still beat it. I rate the game at most probably a 9/10. Only because the game feels like Halo 1/2 with a few added things, better graphics (obviously expected if you ever went back to Halo 2) but it’s not about graphics. I enjoyed the voices and each funny line characters had to little wow moments when your playing with your friends or taking down the scarabs together.

This must be the greatest skating game I have yet to play (Xbox 360). It’s 10x better than any Tony Hawk game I have ever played plus it’s more realistic when it comes down to doing tricks. I will agree it takes a little time to learn a few things and not easy at first such as doing manual tricks or getting down the trick you want to try every time but it’s what makes the game great and different. Especially combining tricks with manuals will be frustrating at first.

Saving replays and photos is easy and you can upload them both to the Skate.reel Community (though I’ve read elsewhere and agree you should be able to save more videos and photos seeing how most of us have a lot of hard drive space on the X360 and to be able to upload more to Skate.reel).

You can view my EA Skate Community Profile here: http://skate.share.ea.com/profiles/24520.aspx – find my videos/photos there as well.

I have since completed the game and I do recommend it, especially if have enjoyed the Tony Hawk series, since this game is better than them in mainly ways. There are some improvements needed to skate. though and features such as being able to get off your board and walk/run because it will get annoying having to ollie onto other platforms such as getting off the street onto a curb or finding another way to get up the stairway and so on.

Well, Da Bears first game this season ended up being pretty decent overall against the Chargers even though they lost. They were winning 3-0 up until the last few minutes of the 3rd quarter where the chargers were able to score a touchdown due to an error on a punt return which landed them the ball right on Chicago’s 29. Then another touchdown in the start of the 4th quarter. Final score ended up being 14-3. Both defenses did an outstanding job.

What an insanely great game thus far. I know it’s only beta but wow, I am amazed. This has to be the smoothest game I have ever played. I’ve been playing for almost a week now. Was invited last Saturday but didn’t get a chance to play it till this past Monday.

Graphics are insane, by far better than games as of this date and before for the most part. For example, snipers camouflage is insane, lay in a nice patch of crash in the map Overgrown and it is really hard to see you even up close-though possible but harder.

There is still a lot of bugs and issues to fix in the game though and that is not at all a problem because after all, this is a BETA we are getting the privilege to test out and provide problems to fix.

Spawn points need to be fixed and be smarter, teams that are weak can easily get spawned raped constantly. There also needs to be at least like a 3 second invulnerability just in case. I don’t know how many times that this either happened to the other team or ours/I, spawning in middle of a battle and instantly dieing.

I would like to see at least an extra ammo clip given to us, I just feel as if we go through ammo too fast. It is a fast pace game, it’s NOT at all comparable to Rainbow Six Vegas or GRAW2/1. There is no teamwork necessary involved in public matches, though if there were, you could easily take apart the other team. Yes, you can easily either run over ammo if another person died recently and had the same weapon or you could pick up another gun (but I pref the one I had since it’s got what I want (perks) and so on).

I actually would like to see the killcam go, a lot of people on the CharlieOscarDelta forums don’t seem to but others I have overheard talking or talked too, would like to see it gone. Though it’s a great feature, it does prevent camping in a way but in the 3 maps we have, camping is not an issue. Maybe in Overgrown it would be but you see we have UAV (though it requires someone to kill any of the opponents 3 times without dieing). Then there is also the map, which lights up if anyone is shooting their weapon that does not have a silencer or does not have the UAV Jammer Perk to where you stay off of the UAV/Map. I just think it needs to go, I don’t always care where they killed me and it’s more of a challenge for me to go and find them and kill him/her rather than actually knowing where they killed me and heading there to kill him/her.

I do wish 2 of the 3 maps could be larger (Vacant and Crash). It’s nice having a semi-small map but I feel as its too crowded with 12 people. Especially with spawn points being terrible right now. So I would actually like to see these maps get a little larger and not only that be future maps (hopefully a decent amount of them and not limited maps as most games have today without having to buy more whenever they decide to come out if ever) to be bigger like Overgrown.

The perks are pretty damn cool. I like them, especially Deep Impact which allows your bullets to penetrate walls, therefore if you are shooting someone and they turn the corner, start shooting to the side they went to through the wall and if timed right and able to, you should be hitting them through the wall and kill them.

The weapons, almost nothing to complain about here except possibly ammo, like I said earlier already, another clip at least would be great but it’s still not THAT much of a problem like I said. I am however annoyed when people use the Mini-Uzi/Scorpion and maybe sometimes the shotguns but I know most of use hate that weapon even though we sometimes use it ourself. Plus, people are trying to complete there challenges with it and will continue and when the game comes out, so no luck on seeing those barely used much. Especially if you find someone that loves the weapon because it’s almost easy to kill people with it and fast.

Ranking is pretty easy. You are good at first person shooter games, you should not have a problem ranking up fast. It took me 2 hours to rank up from Lvl. 11 to 16 on the latest level cap increase on September 7th. And before then on the Monday when I first played the game, I was at level 11 at least 3 hours (was getting use to the game, the maps, the weapons, etc and multitasking).

Well that’s it for now, I will probably do another write up of the beta in another week or later than that. I may even capture some video game play, if allowed too, so I will read on that.

Great game I must say, probably the best and fastest Madden game I have yet to play. Not to venture off subject but I can’t understand how EA Games messed up so much on NCAA Football 08. It’s so terrible, especially load times, it makes you just want to play 07; which basically all sports games are the same with sometimes some useful cool added features.

In NCAA Football 08 you can save and upload your best plays from a game, I don’t understand why Madden 08 doesn’t have that feature. There are so many plays in Madden 08 already that I would love to upload and can’t, you can’t even save them to show friends later, how lame is that? In NCAA Football 08, you can. Though I like NCAA Football, I don’t care much to play it as much and save cool plays in it as I would like to with Madden.

Franchise and Super Star Mode’s are great, was playing as my Super Star from NCAA Football 08 till after so many games I just got bored of it (will go back though) and started a Franchise with the Chicago Bears.

Overall, I would give this game a 9/10. I highly recommend it if you are into sports games/football/Madden Franchise.

It’s been a month since I received my new compact camera, the Casio EX-Z75. Though it has had it’s ups and downs, overall it has been treating me great. Battery life seems great, I have not used the camera a whole lot like I’d like to but have been using it and still on first charge. Expect a second review on this camera later because as I said, I have not used it a whole lot like I would of liked too over the past month.

The positives, so far, that I like about the camera are that the pictures come out great when you view them on the computer. Another is the many modes you can choose from such as if I am taking a picture of someone with scenery, taking a picture of something close, taking a picture at night, taking a picture for eBay or similar or taking a picture of fireworks. The camera is very well designed and compact, very easy to carry around and in your pocket.

The negatives, so far, I hate the strap that it comes with. I know this might not be a problem to some, but I just hate the strap it comes with. It is too short and there is no lock on the strap to lock it to your wrist. Another is when view pictures on the 2.6 LCD, they don’t look they great, I don’t expect them too but if you happen to get this camera, your pictures will look great on your computer or any other device, do not worry.

In-between positive and negative, I have read at a few review sites of this camera and a-like that it is easy to turn on the camera by accidentally brushing against the power button or one of the other view buttons that will power the camera. I was worried about this and I am sure anyone else would be too. You do not need to worry, it’s not as bad as you may think. I’m sure it won’t happen as much as you think, probably a few times if any. What also is nice, if you do accidentally do this, it can tell if you did and it will retract the lens and shut down the camera.

The Casio EX-Z75 features 7.2 megapixels, 3x optical zoom, 4x digital zoom, auto and manual focus, auto exposure, movie mode, ISO 50-400, JPEG file format, 2.6-inch LCD screen, Secure Digital card storage with 8MB internal and a Lithium ion battery.

Here are some pictures I took with the camera.

The Fake Steve Jobs has been unmasked. I as others are doing the same, will not reveal who he is. Even though you can easily search Google now or go to another Apple Fan site to find out who he is. Though I will continue to read Fake Steve Jobs if he continues to write, I think it was better that we did not know who he was nor did I care.

I wish there was a “Videos” Library category. Yes, there is already Movies and TV Shows but I have just Videos that do not fit in either category that I would like to add to my iPod.

I will not resort to creating an ugly playlist for this but for the meantime I am going to have to deal with storing them in Movies.

Also, Apple needs to fix, what I imagine is a bug, “Get Info” from any of the Movies or Videos that I add so I can edit their name and all the other information for the them. It just will not bring up the box when I right click get info.
